Firstat Nursing Services is the one and only San Diego Home Health care agency to have a Department of Health Care Services license and an Alzheimer’s Association certification in Del Mar
Since 1997, the disabled, injured and elderly people in Del Mar have been provided home nursing, home care and home health by Firstat Nursing Services. Among our many offered services we provide: companionship, medication reminders and administration, errands, shopping, personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Firstat Nursing Services offers LVN, RN and CNA nursing care wherever the patient is residing, at home or in an Assisted or Independent facility.

• Special care for their specific disease is provided to our dementia and Alzheimer’s patients because our nurses are given training by Firstat Nursing Services.
